We are providing a short term, hassle free solution to hiring decarboniser tanks which includes; delivery, set up (including biodegradable, non- caustic chemicals) drain down and collection.
Using a decarboniser is the easiest and most cost-effective way to remove tough grease, burnt on food and carbon from a range of kitchen equipment.
Decarbonisers easily remove all this by heating a biodegradable, non-caustic chemical to approximately 80°C, which then dissolves all the carbon and grease, leaving your kitchen equipment hygienically clean, even in those hard to reach places.
This process can take between 20mins to 24hrs, depending on the build up of carbon and grease. If items remain unclean after 24hrs, remove, rinse thoroughly and return to the tank and repeat the process.
The chemical used to clean your equipment is an environmentally friendly, non- caustic, non-corrosive and a non-hazardous biodegradable solution that is specifically designed for use in decarbonisers.
