Cookhouse Hire

Terms of hire

  1. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
  2. A minimum deposit of 25% of the order value including VAT may be required at the time of booking. Balance payments are made on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  3. Delivery and collection charges are agreed at the time of booking.
  4. All hire charges cover a period of 1-3 days.
  5. All equipment hired remains the property of Cookhouse Hire Ltd at all times.
  6. On receipt of the equipment hired, the customer is responsible to advise immediately of any damages or shortages to the order.
  7. The customer is required at all times for the safe keeping of the equipment hired, including protection against the elements, theft, vandalism and improper use.
  8. Cookhouse Hire Ltd accepts no responsibility for any injury caused in the use of the equipment hired.
  9. All equipment hired must be returned/made available for collection on the due date. Delays or additional journeys will be charged for.
  10. The customer will be advised of any damage or loss and will be charged at the replacement value. The customer is advised to insure the equipment hired.
  11. If the lost item is returned within 28 days the charge will be credited. Substitute items will not be accepted.
  12. The customer is required to provide insurance cover for all equipment hired.
